Brant is a Shenandoah Valley native, JMU graduate (1997), and plans to be a Harrisonburg-area townie for the rest of his life. He started his real estate career in 2006 with the simple goal of helping clients buy and sell real estate in a professional, yet fun, manner. He has been blessed that many of his "customers" have become lifelong friends.

Brant is a former President of the Harrisonburg Rockingham Association of REALTORS® and the Harrisonburg Massanutten Rotary Club. He married his wife Jeannette in 1999, and they have a daughter (Meredith).

Brant is passionate about sports and is a season-ticket holder to his favorite professional and JMU sports teams - Go Dukes!
