Bittersweet Bakery's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

We reached out to our friends at Bittersweet Bakery to create these delicious ready-to-prepare cookies. We hope you love baking these as much as we loved creating them. Happy nesting!

 

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Brown Sugar
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Oats
  • Chocolate Chips

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2.5 Sticks Butter
  • 2 Large Eggs

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Carefully empty the jars ingredients into a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, scoop out the sugars and using a fork, mix in the butter or margarine.
  • Next, add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  • Fold in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips together. Mix until combined.
  • Scoop onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 325 °F 10-12 minutes, or until edges become golden brown. Centers should still look blonde.
  • Enjoy!
