The market continues to be strong as we enter into autumn. The number of homes that sold over asking price in the last 12 month has increased 38% from last year to 642. Also in the last 12 months, we’ve seen 1304 homes go under contract within 30 days – that’s an increase of 56% from last year! The median sales price for the area has increased to $264,900 – up 13% from the previous year.
