The spring real estate market is in full swing ahead! We saw a dip in sales, as compared to the previous March, but we saw more new listings come on the market. We saw the median days on the market continue to drop drastically across the board, coming in at just 5 days for the last 12 months. 736 homes sold for over the asking price, and 1,373 homes went under contract within 30 days.
