We’re approaching the end of another year! Although we saw a slight downturn in sales in November, the YTD and 12-month stats have risen. The average days on the market continue to drop across the board, and the medium sales price lands at $269,000. The average price per square foot has also risen and sits at $158 for the last 12 months.
