Another year of real estate in the books and what a whirlwind year it was! We saw a downturn in new listings in December, but the yearly listing count remained consistent with last year’s. In 2021, we saw an increase of 11% in sales as compared to 2020. The average days on the market continued to drop. The median sales price for 2021 was $270,000 a 10% increase from 2020!
