We hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far! We're seeing price per square feet rise, but contracts fall slightly. In May, we saw the median days on the market rise to 5, as compared to last May's 4 days on the market. We saw 45% of total sales being sold over the final asking price. The median sales price rose by 14% up to $285,000.
